If you want to prohibit employees from requesting time off on certain days, please follow the instructions outlined below. It will also allow you to notify staff that you are closed on certain days, such as Christmas Day.
Step 1: Log into Plum on your computer.
Step 2: Select Plum Schedules
Step 3: Select the site that you will need to block the schedule.
***NOTE*** If you have more than one site, you will need to repeat these steps for each location.
Step 4: From the left navigation panel, select Schedule
Step 5: From the calendar drop down, select the date you need to block
Step 6: Then Click on the PIN [icon] for that day
Step 7: In the box that pops up, select Options
Step 8: Then toggle Restrict Employees Time Off Request for this day to ON
Step 9: You will receive a confirmation at the top of the page
Step 10: Close the box by clicking the red X in the upper right corner. This day is now unavailable for requests.
Step 11: Repeat these steps for each additional day that needs to be blocked off.
