Plum Tunes – Global Dashboard

Overview

The Global Dashboard module provides a centralized overview of all devices configured across franchise locations within the Plum Tunes application.

The dashboard displays device and playlist-related information based on the selected store, allowing users to monitor synchronization status, device availability, and assigned configurations in real time, as shown in Figure 2.5.

Dashboard Information

The Global Dashboard displays the following information:

• Online Devices – Displays the total number of devices currently online and connected.
• Offline Devices – Displays the total number of devices currently offline or disconnected.
• Playlist – Displays the playlist assigned to the device.
• Advertisement Group – Displays the advertisement group assigned to the device.
• Store Name – Displays the name of the restaurant or franchise location.
• Device ID – Displays the unique identifier assigned to the device.
• Device Name – Displays the configured name of the device.
• Last Sync – Displays the most recent synchronization time of the device.
• Status – Indicates whether the device is online or offline.
• Version – Displays the current device or display version.

This information helps users monitor device connectivity, synchronization status, and media configuration across all restaurant locations.
